Shipping policy

At Lil’s Rentals we only offer Express Shipping or Local Pick-Up, so your dream dress always arrives on time for your event.

Express Shipping

• Flat rate: $30 (each way).
• Sent via Australia Post Express with full tracking.
• Dispatched 1–3 business days before your event so it arrives on or before your booking start date.
• Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your dress is on its way.

Local Pick-Up (Melbourne)

• Free pick-up and drop-off from our location in Hawthorn East.
• Available by appointment only - we’ll confirm details once your booking is secured.

Returns

• Postal hires come with a prepaid Express return satchel.
• You must lodge your return at the post office on or before your agreed return date.
• Late lodgement counts as a late return and incurs a $10 per day fee (deducted from your bond).

Responsibilities

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post - please book early to give yourself peace of mind.
• You are responsible for returning the dress in the same condition you received it.

Damage or Loss in Transit

• All Express parcels include tracking and insurance.
• If Australia Post misplaces your parcel, we’ll work with you to resolve it, but Lil’s Rentals is not liable for delays outside our control.
